Artem Shylak reached out to J&J Studios and booked us through our website a few weeks ago. During the initial consultation, he told about his career and his aspirations to make an impact in this world with his craft. It was very important for us to produce quality visuals for this headshot session that accurately represented his brand.
Artem wanted great headshot photos that he could show to directors on casting calls and use to promote his music. This headshot session took place at our studios. Our team erected the neutral backgrounds we use for all our headshot sessions and put together the lighting scheme that would allow us to highlight and put all the focus on our client.
Artem showed up dressed in the perfect attire for this session. He wore a dark red shirt and medium-washed jeans which contrasted wonderfully with his skin. He was a natural in front of the camera and we didn’t have to give a lot of direction. Versatility was key in all of these frames. Artem did great at switching up his posing styles.
Of course, it was crucial that these photos depicted his personality and his craft. We strived to capture his best image in each frame and overall tone. We experimented with different editing styles to create distinctive photos for this shoot. Artem was highly satisfied with the final product.
