I finally have the time to blog a wedding that happened 2 years ago.  Our minimalist bride and groom opted to have their wedding in their parent’s backyard located in Ambler, PA.  This likely saved them at least $10,000 on having to host their wedding at a normal venue.  The bride was minimal with flowers as decor and used baby breath/white roses for the bouquet (another $3-$5K saved).  No wedding party, just a the best man and maid of honor by their sides while they said “We Do.”  They kept it simple and yet the one thing I remembered most about their wedding was the reception.  Everyone packed the dance floor despite the humidity and the rain.  At the end of the day, what matters the most is everyone had a great time and the photos certainly captured it all.
