When Abby and Xavier invited us to J&J Studios to shoot at their wedding, we were excited. They planned a grand celebration of their union, hence a formal ceremony, and an opulent reception that promised to be the event of the year. Therefore, we knew we were in for a busy day as soon as we saw their guest list. As a result, it was packed with primarily the most important people in both of their lives, and it basically guaranteed that no matter who you are, you’re going to love this wedding.

It was, even more, an honor to be entrusted with capturing every detail of the occasion. From the more serious parts to the ones that would make happy memories too. Their wedding was just the thing to remind us that even though life can be chaotic, it’s full of joy. MEET THE COUPLE ABBY & XAVIER

Abby and Xavier’s wedding was a celebration of their years of dating, but also the start of their new lives together. The two had a very romantic love story. Moreover, they both felt that getting married in front of their closest friends and family was the best possible way to make their connection official. The weather was clear and perfect, just like their love.

We enjoyed meeting Abby and Xavier, as they are both kind-hearted people. They were very easygoing throughout the entire day, which made taking photos of them very pleasant. We loved getting to know them as we spent the morning getting ready for their big moment.

PREPARATIONS AT LOEWS HOTEL

The wedding day had arrived and our photography team arrived at Loews hotel where the bride, bridesmaids, groom, and groomsmen were getting ready. We took photos of all the beautiful details scattered around the room.

The bride’s mother had decorated an entire tree with ribbons, flowers, and crystals to make it extra special for her daughter. We captured some really cool shots while they were putting on their makeup. Our photographers even managed to capture a few silly moments which made for some absolutely adorable pictures.

The photographer caught some great shots of the groom with his groomsmen as well. Everyone was having fun, and you could tell that everyone was excited to start taking photos of the big day!

BRIDAL PARTY PHOTOSHOOT AT ART MUSEUM, S BROAD, AND SANSOM

It was a beautiful day for the couple’s nuptials. The sun was shining, and everyone was in high spirits. After some group photos, both families took some time to get their own shots with family members! After the long morning, the bridal party needed some refreshments and rest. From there, it was off to take photos at a few locations that the bride and groom were very interested in.

The first location was at the art museum, S Broad, and Sansom. Our photographers captured all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen with their own style while getting a great range of beautiful shots at each location! We had so much fun at their wedding party. In addition, everyone got a chance to get to know each other better after the stress of planning was over.

WEDDING CEREMONY AT OUR LADY OF HOPE PARISH

The Wedding Ceremony between Abby & Xavier took place at our lady of Hope Parish, whereby they exchanged their vows in front of friends and family. The moment when Abby walked down the aisle with her father, she had a big smile on her face.

She looked so happy to have Xavier at the altar waiting for her. Xavier’s face was beaming with happiness also The couple said their vows and exchanged rings.

The atmosphere was filled with love and happiness as the couple smiled while they said their “I do’s” to each other and sealed their union with a kiss. The couple then danced together in the middle of their guests clapping along to the romantic melodies played by the band. Everyone cheered for them, and the newlyweds walked down the aisle together.

CESCAPHE BALLROOM WEDDING RECEPTION

The night began with a grand entrance as the bride and groom entered the Cescaphe Ballroom. As the doors opened, Abby stepped out with Xavier, then the bridal party. The bridal party followed behind, led by the maid of honor and best man. Consequently, the room erupted in applause for the newlyweds. The ballroom was decorated from top to bottom with accents of white and gold, giving the place a sense of luxuriousness.

It was decorated with a mixture of round tables and rectangular ones that were nicely set for the reception. Tall crystal candelabras were lighting up the room by candlelight. When dinner was served, multiple courses ranged from salads to filet mignon, to ice cream sundaes! When it came time for speeches, there were a few important people that wanted to say something about Abby and Xavier before the cake cutting.

The string quartet played throughout the night, and there was a DJ for dancing. Abby and Xavier also had a few special dances together. At one point, they were joined on the dance floor by all of their friends, who formed a semi-circle around them and shared in the spotlight as they danced.
