Darina and Elias are an awesome, fun-loving couple who met in Las Vegas through a mutual friend 5 years ago. Darina didn’t know Elias was interested until about 2 years later when they began a fairytale romance. I came to know Darina when she randomly reached out to us via Calendly and scheduled a consultation call. During the call she said, “Hey my husband wants to use you for the wedding.” I said, “Great, I guess he just assigned you the task to settle the particulars.” And just like that, I booked the wedding. Probably the easiest that’s ever happened. In fact, at the time I was wondering, “What the hell just happened?”
At the engagement shoot itself, Elias said all of 2 words while bubbly Darina chatted away, so I still don’t know exactly how he found me. Ah well, such is life, maybe I’ll find out at the wedding.
Needless to say, their love for each other through the shoot was palpable and blatantly obvious. Poor Elias couldn’t keep his eyes (or hands haha) off of dear Darina for the entirety of the shoot. Darina commented, “You’re gonna have to photoshop some lipstick back on me.” before the shoot’s end as Elias was quite the kisser.
Nevertheless, we had a great time. And it sure looks like our clients did too.
Darina said that the Waterworks Gazebo was really important to her. She and Elias picnic here often so they thought it would be the perfect place for engagement photos.

Darina – I love action and sci-fi movies/television. I’ve watched all of the Marvel movies as well as all the Harry Potter movies. I am addicted to playing the sims since I’ve been quarantined for 4 months. My favorite snack is either pickles or cucumbers.
Elias – I love dessert. I have to have some sort of dessert after dinner every day. I like adrenaline rush experiences and I like to take my go pro with me to capture those experiences.
I wanted to give them some really epic images at the gazebo to remember so I pulled out all the stops.
I finished out the session standing a good distance away while I instructed them to “Go between those two poles and do cute shit.” We can wait for their wedding at Celebrations in 2021.
