Sarah and Clifford’s engagement photoshoot at the Hunting Hill Mansion in Ridley Creek Park took place on a warm fall afternoon. The couple reached out to the J&J Studios a few months ago, eager to document their journey to the altar. These two are one of the sweetest couples we’ve met, and it was fun getting to know them a bit as we traversed through the park. Sarah and Clifford’s Love Journey

Every couple has a love story; for Sarah and Clifford, their story began during their residency. Both of them are doctors and were introduced to each other by mutual friends in their circle. “We were both so focused on our careers and the last thing I was thinking about was getting into a relationship. But Clifford stole my heart,” Sarah remarked during our consultation interview.

Amid their busy lifestyle, Sarah and Clifford were able to build a strong relationship forged by love and an authentic friendship. 

The Proposal 

Clifford proposed to Sarah earlier this year on their anniversary. He planned a special weekend getaway and asked her to marry him during a candlelit dinner. Sarah said yes immediately. When they arrived back home, he had planned an intimate party with their close family and friends to celebrate their engagement. 

Hunting Hill Engagement Session

We met up with Sarah and Clifford in the late afternoon to get a few shots while the sun was still high in the sky and capture epic visuals as the sunset. The Hunting Hill Mansion at the Parque Ridley Creek Park is a 1920’s stone farmhouse that’s actually one of the biggest wedding venues in the city. The stately elegance and magical gardens of the Hunting Hill Mansion was the perfect place for Sarah and Clifford to commemorate their engagement and celebrate their love. 

The couple had so much with the shoot, and after the first few frames, they were completely comfortable in front of the camera. During the second half of the shoot, the couple did a quick outfit change, and we took more beautiful photos in the most scenic locations of the park.
