Jessica’s Bat Mitzvah at Congregation Beth El
Jessica had a “One Outra Jess Night” bat mitzvah at Congregation Beth El in Voorhees Township, NJ on “11.NINE.19”. Everything from the centerpieces, decorations and organization of the entire event was very tastefully done and we thought we would share it with you! We started with family portraits at the family residence so that once the weekly Shabbat, or Sabbath, service started, attention could be fully devoted to soaking up the rabbi’s teachings. Depending on your religious sect (Orthodox, Conservative, Reform) we have also been asked to take photos at the synagogue with the family. This is determined on an individual family basis.
After family formals, we snapped a few quick pictures of Jessica around the house. Jessica looked stunning in her beautiful dress and trendy white Nike sneakers.
After the family headed off to Shabbat, we stopped in the reception area where Mae & Company Productions, LLC was hard at work setting up flowers, lighting, draping, linens, chair covers and other decor for the big event. The decorations were stunning:
After the services, it was time to get the party started. Jess had presentations in a side room while the room was fully set up and made her grand entrance through a beautiful 15′ tall custom archway:
As soon as the ballroom doors opened, All Around Entertainment led by the dynamic Leon and a team of 5 backup dancers immediately got the party started:
As the dance floor reached a feverish pitch, the family made their grand entrances:
As soon as the family made their entrances, it was time for the blessing and candle lighting ceremony:
Of course, who can forget the Horah dance:
As the night wore on we had the famous Coke and Pepsi game. Jess chose to be Coke and in a highly contested match, bested the boys to be crowned victorious. Then, of course, we had the montage slideshow.

After all the games and dancing, all the guests needed to recoup for round two. A creative marshmallow and ice cream bar opened to refuel the guests and Jessica shared a touching dance with her father:
The guests danced the night away to the amazing DJ and were greeted by take-home bags of custom popcorn and more T-shirts.
