Philadelphia Museum of Art Engagement | Jaclyn + Dylan

Jaclyn + Dylan decided on the gorgeous Philadelphia Museum of Art for their engagement session. They could not have picked a better place with the variety of architecture, backgrounds, greenery it is always so easy as a photographer to make some nice artwork for your clients. We started on the back of the art museum steps. Dylan wore a dapper navy blazer and Jaclyn wore a white summer dress.
I loved the easy-going, good-natured mood of this couple, and really felt a chemistry with them as I started their photographs. They had a relaxed comfort with each other and it definitely showed in the photos. Here we are on the back of the Art Museum steps as they shared a tender moment.
Since the sun was setting, I knew we needed to do at least one picture with some sun flare!
Jaclyn and Dylan wanted some pictures closer to the Schuylkill River Trail so we made our way down toward the water. On the walk down, I saw a brushy area where I thought we would have a perfect opportunity for a portrait.

With the sun setting, I knew we needed some epic night-time shots featuring the beautiful city lights.

The couple will wed August 30, 2020, at the Crystal Tea Room. We wish them the best of luck during the wedding planning process and can’t wait to help them celebrate their big day.
