Our client wanted us to take some quality photos of this townhome located in a complex in Glenolden PA. Since we live in a highly visual world, these photos were going to be posted online for potential renters to view. With that in mind, our team was determined to capture all of the best features of the home so that prospective renters could have an idea of what to expect.
We started by taking some aerial photographs using drone technology to take some pictures of the street view of the entire complex where the townhome is located. This will give potential renters an inside look into the surrounded area they might be living in. Aerial photographs are a great way to showcase the entire property and grasp a viewer’s attention. Of course, it was imperative for us to take pictures of the home’s interior. Being that the home was already fully furnished we played off the lighting scheme to add a sense of warmth to these visuals. Our team captured photos of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms from different angles. We wanted potential renters to get the full experience of an in-person tour by just viewing these photos. During this session, we also photographed the basement and garage which are also areas of interest to renters.
