Philly Wedding Chapel – Micro Wedding
Mike and Sheila tied the knot in front of an intimate group of family and friends. They had previously planned a big wedding celebration but due to COVID-19, they scaled their wedding down tremendously. Nevertheless, this Philly Wedding Chapel micro wedding was beautiful. The room was filled with lots of love as Mike and Sheila tied the knot. Check out some of the visuals we captured during this lovely couple’s elopement.
Mike and Sheila’s Love Journey
Mike and Sheila met on a dating app a little over five years ago. “I was never expecting to meet the love of my life. I was slowly creeping back into a dating world after getting out of a relationship a year prior,” Sheila remarked during our consultation interview. They had been matched on the app and talked for a week before they decided to meet each other in the city for dinner.
Mike describes their first date as the best date he had ever been on. “ She was super sweet and we could talk for hours. I never had such an instant connection with anyone.” Mike and Sheila had a whirlwind romance.
Mike proposed to Sheila on Christmas Eve. They were spending the holiday with her family and he thought it would be the perfect time to finally pop the big question. Mike had been hiding the ring for weeks hoping that Sheila never found it.
Of course, Sheila said yes when he proposed to her in front of her close family. “It was the best day of my life and definitely the best Christmas gift I had ever been given”.
Philly Wedding Chapel Micro Wedding
Mike and Sheila’s micro wedding took place at The Philly Wedding Chapel on a beautiful summer afternoon in a quaint industrial-style chapel amongst their closest friends and family. Sheila looked just like a princess in her elegant white custom wedding gown that fit her perfectly while Mike was indeed her Prince Charming.
There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as Sheila and Mike sealed their union with a kiss under an angelic veil of white roses. After the ceremony, they were immediately enveloped in warm embraces from their guests.
We took several photographs of the small bridal party that were decked out in elegant lilac dresses and navy blue suits. Everyone was so happy for the bride and groom and it shines through the photographs. Everything about this wedding was perfect.
