The Inn at Woodloch Wedding

As we continue our busy fall wedding season, J&J Studios made our way to The Inn at Woodloch for Jilian and Brandon’s gorgeous wedding. On a nice September day, we followed the bride and groom around, watched their family and friends enjoy this special moment, and celebrated these two’s commitment to each other. In this article, we will share with you the wedding photos, tell you a little about the couple, and give you all the details of this incredible wedding day.
Bride Getting Ready for the Wedding
Jilian began getting ready in a bridal suite at the Inn at Woodloch. She had a few of her best friends by her side to help her prepare for one of the most special days of her life. Her mother also stepped in and assisted when needed. It was the perfect start of a magical day for Jilian, and our photographers could tell that she was feeling all the excitement and butterflies as she prepared to meet Brandon at the aisle. Laughs, memories, and advice began filling the room, and as time went on, Jilian became more and more anxious to see her groom!
Groom Preparing for Wedding
Brandon was in another room getting ready with his best buddies. He wanted to make sure that he looked his best for his bride-to-be. With a little help from some of his groomsmen, he was looking very dapper in his suit and ready to meet Jilian. While he waited, Brandon and his groomsmen shared jokes, talked about the future, and did a cheers to Brandon and Jilian’s new journey they were about to embark on.
Bride’s First Look with Her Father
Jilian knew that brides and grooms usually do first looks, but she wanted to save this special moment for her father. The reason for this is because she and her father have always been very close, and she knew it would mean a lot to him to see her on her wedding day and share a special moment with her. He anxiously waited for Jilian to tap him on the shoulder as he could not wait to see her in her bridal gown. When he turned around, he could not believe how beautiful she looked! They both could not stop smiling, and our crew was very happy that we were able to capture this moment for them to have for the rest of their lives. Jilian’s father was very proud of her and could not wait to watch her marry the man of her dreams.
About These High School Sweethearts: Brandon & Jilian
When it comes to Jilian and Brandon’s relationship timeline, these two have been together since high school! Since a mutual friend introduced them to each other, they have been inseparable. From the beginning, Jilian and Brandon have been committed to each other and could not wait to plan for the future.
When Brandon decided that Jilian was the person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, he immediately began planning a grand proposal. He wanted it to be magical and perfect, which he succeeded. They went on a trip to Turks and Caicos, where Brandon proposed. Jilian thought they were attending a welcome ceremony provided by the hotel, but, instead, it was just the two of them by the water. Of course, she said yes, and the fun wedding planning began.
Our team photographed Jilian and Brandon’s sunrise engagement session at the beginning of 2021. This session took place in the snow in Newark, New Jersey, and it turned out lovely. If you would like to see the photos from their engagement session, click here.
The Inn at Woodloch Wedding Ceremony
As you can see from the photos, the backdrop of the Inn at Woodloch is breathtaking, and we could instantly see why Jilian and Brandon chose this venue for their wedding location. Brandon’s parents walked him down the aisle and hugged him as he made his way to the arch. He knew that in a few short minutes his bride would be walking toward him, and we could see the glow on his face. Before we knew it, Jilian and her parents were walking down the aisle. They were full of laughs and smiles, and Brandon could not take his eyes off her. Once she made her way to the arch, Brandon hugged her parents and then grabbed Jilian’s hands. They both were gleaming with joy, knowing that this moment they have been waiting for had finally arrived.
The weather was gorgeous, and the guests watched in awe as the pair agreed to spend their lives together. They exchanged rings, said their I Do’s, and sealed their commitment with a kiss. Everyone cheered and made their way to the reception. We heard people talking about how beautiful Brandon and Jilian’s ceremony was, how gorgeous the venue was, and how they could not wait to dance and celebrate the night away.

The Inn at Woodloch Reception
To say the least, The Inn at Woodloch wedding reception turned out to be fantastic! Each and every person was having a wonderful time. The food was delicious, the cake was tasty, the drinks were cold, and the music was catchy. Brandon shared a dance with his mother, while Jilian shared a dance with her father. Both of these moments were heartfelt and ended with a few tears and many smiles. Our team could see the bond that these two share with their parents as well as their loved ones. The bride and groom had their first dance, while everyone watched, clapped, and filmed them in awe. A few words and toasts were shared by the bridesmaids and groomsmen, which ended in hysterical laughs. Then, it was time for everyone to head to the dance floor for more fun!
