Last fall, J&J Studios had the honor to photograph Orchid and Tyler’s Park Avenue Club wedding. This wedding turned out fantastic! You could feel the positive energy and love that filled the air, and we cannot wait to share some of the finished images with our readers. The Bride Preparing for The Wedding

The bride and her bridesmaids began preparing for the wedding at the Archer Hotel in Florham Park, New Jersey. They began conversing about memories, sharing laughs, telling stories, and catching up with one another. Each bridesmaid was very excited for Orchid, the bride, and her groom-to-be, and they had anticipated this moment for a long time. Orchid popped open a bottle of champagne to start the celebrations, and everyone joined in on the fun! Our team enjoyed watching Orchid and her bridesmaids share these moments together and capturing them for her to cherish for a lifetime.

The Groom Getting Ready for the Big Day

In another room, the groom and his groomsmen began getting ready for the big day. While the groom, Tyler, could not wait to see his future wife, he took the time to enjoy being with his best pals. They talked, laughed, shared jokes, and wished Tyler the very best. Our team could tell that this was a close group of friends and loved ones and that they fully supported their friend and his bride-to-be. Tyler shared a few special moments with his father and father-in-law, and then it was time to make his way to see Orchid for the first time on their wedding day.

Bride and Groom’s First Look

Finally, the moment Orchid and Tyler had been waiting all day for had arrived. It was time for them to see one another dressed up for their wedding. The anticipation and excitement was at an all-time high! When Orchid tapped Tyler on the shoulder, he turned around. Before he even got a good look at her, he was beaming from ear to ear. The two instantly began crying, but it was definitely happy tears. They were so happy that this moment was finally here. They were reunited and going to be husband and wife!

Tyler was blown away by how gorgeous Orchid looked, and Orchid thought Tyler looked very handsome. The couple was in pure bliss and overwhelmed with different emotions. It was truly a beautiful moment that these two will never forget, and we are so glad that our team was able to document it for them. This was one of our favorite first look sessions that shows how special these moments are.

You and your partner will see each other for the first time on your wedding day, and our photographers will capture the authentic reactions. A Little About Orchid and Tyler’s Story

J&J Studios had the opportunity to photograph Orchid and Tyler’s engagement photos a couple years ago. Therefore, we have had some time to get to know this wonderful couple and the story of how their relationship came to be. They met on a cold, winter day in December 2015. It was a couple days before Christmas, and they were both doing an EMT first aid squad class. It was actually Orchid’s 22nd birthday, and the two sparked up a conversation and began getting to know each other.

A few years later, Tyler decided to propose once again in December. It was another cold winter day, but this time it was in the beautiful Rittenhouse Square Park. Tyler got down on one knee and asked Orchid the most important question of their lives. Of course, she said yes! Then, they started wedding planning. From the moment our team met this couple, we learned that they are always smiling, laughing, and having a good time together. They truly get lost within one another, and the rest of the world fades. Tyler and Orchid have an incredible relationship full of so much love! Orchid and Tyler’s Park Avenue Club Wedding Ceremony

Orchid and Tyler’s Park Avenue Club wedding ceremony was gorgeous. The weather was nice, and everyone was cheerful. Tyler’s parents walked him down the aisle, where he patiently waited for Orchid to join him. The cutest flower girl and ring bearer made their ways down the aisle, and the guests watched eagerly. Then, at last, the bride had arrived with her parents on each side of her. Her eyes met Tyler’s, and the tears began overflowing. The moment they had waited for almost seven years was actually here, and they were more than ready to seal the deal.

Orchid and Tyler shared their vows, which they both said afterwards was the most memorable part of their wedding day. Each person was able to get a glimpse of how the couple feel about one another, and it was truly a magical moment. There wasn’t a dry eye or frown in sight! After the Park Avenue Club wedding ceremony was over, Tyler and Orchid cheered and shouted in joy! They were so happy to be husband and wife and spend the rest of their lives together.

The Park Avenue Club Wedding Reception

The newlyweds entered the reception room, and everyone rallied around them. Everyone was ready to dance and join in on celebrating Tyler and Orchid, but, first, it was time for the first dance. The couple took the dance floor, and began dancing for the first time as husband and wife. Everyone watched with joy. Then, Tyler danced with his mother and grandmother, and Orchid danced with her father. In fact, Orchid and her father started boogying away on the dance floor, which was fun to watch!

Our team could not have asked for a better group of people to spend our Saturday with. These families welcomed us in with open arms, and we had a great time! This wedding will be one that J&J Studios remembers for a very long time!
